Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
By using Wellnotes ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
Wellnotes is an AI-assisted study application that turns study material into notes, mind maps, quizzes, and flashcards, and provides tools for creating and publishing content to social networks.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out via your account. You must be of the legal age required in your country to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload and generate. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely in order to provide the Service (AI generation, storage, syncing, publishing on your request). You warrant that you have the necessary rights in the content you upload and publish.
4. Publishing to social networks (TikTok)
The Service can publish, on your request, content you create to your TikTok account via TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API). When you use this feature:
- You explicitly authorize the connection (OAuth) and each publication; no publishing occurs without your action. You can sign out and revoke access at any time.
- You remain solely responsible for the content you publish and for its compliance with TikTok's rules, in particular the Community Guidelines, the Music Usage Confirmation, and the Branded Content Policy.
- If your content is commercial or sponsored, you must disclose it via the provided options (branded content / paid partnership) at the time of publishing.
- You warrant that you hold all the rights necessary in the images, text, and sound you publish.
- Our use of the TikTok APIs is subject to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not circumvent the technical or security limits of the Service.
- Do not use the Service for spam or abusive automated activity.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its brand, and its software remain our property. No license is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors; verify important information. We do not guarantee academic results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will be amended accordingly.
